Grindr president defends saying marriage is “between a man and a woman”

The President of Grindr has confronted reaction for remarks on same-sex marriage. 

In a post on his own Facebook page, advanced by Grindr-possessed news outlet Into, the dating application's leader and previous CTO Scott Chen asserted that marriage is a "blessed marriage between a man and a lady". 

His remarks came as he shared an article about HTC president and CEO Cher Wang, which asserted his non-benefits bolstered US-based enemy of LGBTQ bunches sorting out to impact Taiwan's submission on same-sex marriage. 

Chen was incredulous of HTC, promising to blacklist the organization and their items, yet in addition seemed to propose that his very own convictions are contrary to the possibility of same-sex marriage.

Chen, who moved toward becoming leader of the organization after it was purchased by Chinese gaming partnership Kunlun, reacted to Into's article about his remarks, saying that he is a supporter of same-sex marriage. 

"The reason I said marriage is a heavenly marriage between a man and a lady depends individually close to home understanding," he composed. 

"I am a straight man hitched to a lady I adore and I have two excellent little girls I cherish from the marriage. This is the manner by which I feel about my marriage.

He included: "I am a tremendous backer for LGBTQ+ rights since I was youthful. I bolster gay marriage and I am pleased that I can work for Grindr." 

Chen made the first Facebook post recently, after Taiwan casted a ballot against same-sex marriage in a choice composed by Christian gatherings planning to close down marriage correspondence.
